Restructuring conference 2019 - Gateley

The theme for our 2019 winter conferences is disruption and innovation.

For many businesses, commercial survival in uncertain markets can only be secured by embracing change.

But what does that mean for the people, processes and projects employed within an organisation? And ultimately what impact will transformation have on profits and performance?

What will you learn?

  • Hear from forward thinkers who will share their insight into transformation and business disruption.
  • Find out what they have learnt and what lessons other businesses and advisers take away which will help them in dealing with commercial and economic change.
  • Regional experts in both cities will speak about how Birmingham and Manchester are leading by example with the delivery of significant transformation projects.
